Marketing Advantage

We made this video to show clients the marketing advantage of using a Redfin Agent.

The goal was to highlight all the benefits and materials you get when you work with the Redfin team. I collaborated with a great illustrator, Jerome Damey, who created the beautiful images, and I handled the animation and compositing. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding project. 🏆

We developed two distinct sketch concepts for this project, and both had some serious personality. During this phase, we also refined the overall style. These boards were a blast to work on.

This was our first project exploring the new brand colors. We aimed for a warm and inviting feel, using pops of color to make it stand out. Working with an amazing illustrator always makes life easy, and Jerome Damey is as good as they come. https://jeromedamey.com/ 🥰

This house spinning was much harder than it looked. While it could be done in After Effects, I chose to do it in C4D. The hard part was getting it to match the illustrated style we had established. To accomplish this I rendered out Cryptomattes and was able to change individual colors in After Effects to get the right look.
