E3 in Vegas was the ultimate who's who of the gaming industry. I got to work on concepts for the Xbox booth to showcase the launch of the new Xbox One. On top of that, I designed the retail fixtures that were installed in stores like Best Buy, giving the brand a cohesive presence from the event floor all the way to the retail shelves. 🎮
This early motion test was a crucial step in the design process, created to showcase how a retail fixture might perform in a high-traffic environment like Best Buy. I went beyond static sketches, animating multiple options to explore various concepts. Seeing these fixtures in motion allowed us to refine the details and zero in on a final design that would be both eye-catching and perfectly aligned with the Xbox brand.
